Messaging to reinvigorate a long-neglected Vodafone subsidiary.

Brief

After many years in the dark, I was tasked with refreshing the brand’s visual and tonal style. This playbook was the first step.

Talkmobile is unlike other telecommunications brands in that it leans into its simplicity; few frills, straightforward value, aimed at an audience who value proper value, steady service, and an intuitive experience far removed from the multi-add-on, high-data stack of Vodafone’s other offerings.

This playbook set the tone for the future of Talkmobile. In fact, Talkmobile significantly exceeded its yearly targeted financial and market share performance.
