Conception and creative execution of a cell plan giving those most affected by Covid unlimited data, calls and texts.

Brief

Lockdown, furlough, and record youth unemployment: the Covid-19 pandemic hit VOXI’s core 16-25 demographic particularly hard.

Vodafone responded by creating VOXI For Now, a plan offering them – and anyone out of work – unlimited data, calls, and texts for just £10 a month.

I refined the plan’s finer details alongside VOXI’s senior leadership, and led copy and art direction. I also named the campaign and wrote its messaging matrix and UX journey.

Social and economic pressure during the period meant deadlines were tight: the plan passed from conception to creative execution in just under three days.
